With over three decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, education, and law, Padmasree brings a unique blend of business acumen and legal expertise to the table. She began her career in 1990 with APTECH, where she played a key role as the Regional Exams Coordinator for Karnataka & Goa and contributed to the institution’s ISO certification process.

In 1994, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, successfully founding and managing multiple ventures across diverse industries. Her strategic vision and leadership have driven business growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

Passionate about the law, she pursued her legal education later in her career, earning an LLB from Karnataka State Law University and a Master’s in Business Law (MBL) from NLSIU, Bangalore in 2024.

Currently, she practices law in Kerala courts, leveraging her deep understanding of business and legal frameworks to provide strategic counsel and advocacy. With a strong foundation in teaching, research, and legal analysis, She is committed to delivering impactful legal solutions and empowering businesses and individuals through informed legal strategies.
